a brief intermission from drawin dinos 🙏 as much as i love them, it was time to draw some character art

i've had this planned for
almost 3 years wheeze

i really don't have much to say for this one other than i wanted to do it and i've finally done it tbh 😂
tried some experimental methods of colouring/shading [especially on the skin, where i included some hues that i wouldn't normally and trying to think really hard about bounce light], as well as doing some experimenting with the lines
not sure that i'll do the linework in quite the same way again but ultimately, i'm really pleased with the end result :'>

i know he doesn't show up in my gallery very often [all my bad, i just don't draw him very often whezse] but miles is very dear to me
it's hard to believe sometimes that he came to exist because of a dream i had at the end of 2018
he's grown up a lot since then :'>
