I have known that my writing style is quite pedestrian for some time, but recently I found out it's quite like Terry Brooks...which explains a lot...:facepalm:I loved the Kingdom For Sale:SOLD! series.  Never got into Shannara.  Was just listening to an audio book of the Sword of Shannara and I can't stand the way this guy is reading it.  One, it's a complete Lord of the Rings rip off which is a well known fact, and two...ugh this guy's reading just make the writing sound MORE awful.I also liked Christopher Stasheff's A Wizard in Rhyme series. And Piers Anthony's Xanth is like a long running joke at this point, lol.That is all.
