(That's a beautiful photo - I love birds!!) Unfortunately I can't say I remember that submission. Next time if there is a problem/inquiry if you could comment under the deviation submission process that would help significantly since I can see the voting process etc.
All I can suggest is to re-submit it if possible - I apologize for the trouble!! If it becomes expired again, that means I'm the only active one voting so I'll have to see what I can do about that.
