The characters on the left is the Bushido in Japanese. What can I say, I dig samurai. I'm about to show my inner geek, but this was inspired by Samurai Jack -- yeah, the cartoon. Told you I was a geek. It's also inspired by the samurai film master Akira Kurosawa.

This is perhaps one of the easiest drawing's I've made, meaning that I could see what I wanted to draw so easily that the work just poured out of me. The dimension ratio is 16:9 -- the size of a 70mm film, in tribute to Akira Kurosawa and his samurai films. I like the letterbox format and you'll see it in some of my other drawings -- once I get around to posting some more.
