Adoptable Terms of Service

_RULES/INFO:
- Terminology: OPEN = available | #/# = number left on sheet | HOLD = 24/48 hour hold is active | PENDING = invoice sent | SOLD = adopted
- First come, first serve! I will hold for 24 hours- My Paypal Invoices will expire after 24 hours after they are sent!
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason! Please be polite when inquiring about buying a design.
- You may buy the design as a gift for someone else, but you must tell me who the giftee is! Contact me via note if it's a surprise!

PAYMENT:
- I accept paypal, debit/credit (no paypal account required), or DA points equal to the cash value!
- If you pay by e-check/directly via bank account, I will send the full res after the payment clears! Please leave sufficient funds in your bank for it to clear properly like a one would with a regular check. Read my ToS for more info!
-  After payment has been received, you receive: full res un-watermarked transparent image of the character and pet familiar individually, as well as one of them together! Thank you!!

Temporary Limit: 1 DESIGN PER PERSON! Limitation expires Monday, October 15th at 3:00pm mst
Gifting limit is 1 per buyer that hasn't already purchased one on this sheet! (Ex: Buyer 1 may purchase 'adopt A' for themselves and purchase 'adopt C' as a gift for Person 2 ONLY IF Person 2 has not bought one themselves. Giftees cannot buy a 2nd one during this limitation.) Hope that makes sense! I'm testing this limit deal out again to ideally give new watchers/buyers a chance at some of my adopts; will probably implement this in future adopt posts as well. This post will be updated and watchers notified when this limit is over!

  SPRING: SOLD to
_{A fledgling witch with a gift for growing plants and cooking, this little farmer loves sweet fruits- her strawberry patch wins every year!  Though she's young, she's mature beyond her years; dutiful, rambunctious, and very opinionated, not afraid to get her hands dirty! Her bunnies help her garden, though sometimes they can be greedy little monsters and eat more than they should. Sometimes she'll enchant scarecrows to keep her company and guard her crops.}

 SUMMER: SOLD to
_{A sporty beach babe high on life- wind in her hair and enchanted surfboard in tow, she can ride the roughest waves with ease! She's always up for friendly competition like volleyball or surfing, even if she's not always totally playing fair, since she can influence the waves... She sometimes converses with local seagulls for gossip and status of the beach, being very involved with preserving the environment. Seashells are her favorite thing to collect, which she uses to make charms and bracelets for extra cash. She's a popular beach regular and has a lot of suitors, though it's hard to keep this free spirit tied down for long.}

  AUTUMN:  SOLD to
_{A quiet bookish girl and a witch's apprentice, this witch is very studious and kind. She specializes in potions, herbs, and other holistic magics, and can speak with many forest animals. She likes to collect fresh ingredients and twigs for various crafts and contraptions she's working on, being a bit of a hobbyist tinkerer in her free time. Though she's very meek and dislikes conflict, she's got a very brave and protective heart, and hopes to be a teacher to younger fledgling witches someday.}

_{A sorceress of unknown age and untouched beauty, this winter witch isn't the best person to cross paths with in the cold winter night- while she may feel generous and offer her skills to those in need, she's just as likely to trick people into entering contracts with her that they could never fulfill. Some say she's not actually a witch at all, but an unseelie faerie living among humans for reasons unknown. She loves beautiful things and beautiful people, however, so it isn't impossible to sway her to your favor, for the right price...}
