I was wondering if you could give me some tips on making a little Karkat similar to yours because it is so kawaii!
I was wondering if you could give me some tips on making a little Karkat similar to yours because it is so kawaii!I can try to give you pointers, sure! I didn't use a pattern or anything though - I just kind of eyeballed the whole thing and made it up as i went along. The basic shape of his body is like a pillow - just two pieces of fabric the same shape, sewn together and stuffed. Same for the legs, horns and arms. The head is kind of more complicated - two circles, and then a strip of straight fabric so it's kind of like a short drum shape??
Ahhh, maybe I should draw this. It's hard to explain in words.
The face is just felt, drawn on with felt tip and glued on with fabric glue and the hair is a huge mess on close inspection. I have no idea how to explain how I did it. I just kind of made it in three portions like the head - the fringe, the back and the middle band.
the clothes my friend helped me make, but if you look up tutorials for doll clothes you should work it out p easy. His shoes are painted Build-a-Bear shoes!
