Blood Scream - Scrap Brain Confrontation

CHAPTER 2 - LOST

Some hours later, Knuckles arrived in Scrap Brain. He couldn't run now, it was time to fight. Crossing platforms and smashing badniks, he made it into the later parts of the factory. This is where things started to get odd. Knuckles heard splashing sounds as he ran deeper and deeper. And the more he thought about it, the more red smog seemed to appear. He looked down to catch his breath, and that was when he saw it. 

Blood, everywhere on the floor. 

Knuckles: Where'd this blood come from, and what happened to the sky?! Is this Sonic's doing?

Speak of the devil, the blue demon appeared right in front of Knuckles. 

Sonic.exe: What makes you think that Knux? You don't seem happy to see me. 
Knuckles: Shut up you monster! Who do you think you are, trying to kill us?! 
Sonic.exe: Let me see... oh, I know, I am Sonic.exe, THIS WORLD'S NEW GOD, AND YOU WILL BE PUNISHED FOR DISRESPECTING ME, WEAK ECHIDNA. 
Knuckles: Weak...? Weak...?! ARE YOU CALLING ME WEAK?! I'LL MAKE YOU REGRET THAT!
Executor: Let's see if that's true. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

He raced off and Knuckles gave chase, punching his way through walls and jumping over saws.
