It's awesome how this conveys more visual information than a lot of comic pages. The next few seconds are pretty well spelled out, and there are clear paths of motion. All that's hard to read is where the supergoat's butt armor ends, and where the smashed orc's leg ends.

I love your stuff. I want to be able to capture a moment as well as you one day. And even more so to capture the soul of the character in the drawing as if they were real people. I'm quite tired to see DA overflowing with brainless drawings of sexy or cute women and sadly that is what seems to sell. I want to strive to make my stuff so much more than that. When I look at your drawings I think OMFG TALENT instead of omg dat ass those boobs. It's not anything wrong with sexy fanart but it's just sad how many horny bastards there are out there giving pornographics more attention then to masterpieces like this. Sorry not sorry I had to say it. I'm genuenly afraid that it's going to be hard to make a living as an artist if one don't devote to making horny bastards happy. I really hope not...

feels good that it's just not me... I haven't seen much ranting about the subject on DA which surprises me even more. Well whatever I don't wanna cause a shitstorm or anything because this site seems to be one of the few sites on the internet that's fairly rage-free, but... Yeah... Sometimes you just gotta rage man. What also infuriates me even more is that even sexy drawings made by artists that isn't even good gets a billion times more views and attention then actually skilled artists that doesn't draw sexy stuff. Like fuck that unfair shit. And all these fucking pornstars on here posting nudes all over the site... I'm pretty sure there's a better site for that if they wanna make money doing that shit. And nudes in general like wtf... "artistic nude" my ass. I could see it as artistic nude if they atleast had SOMETHING on them and if they wasn't straight up biting their lips or touching themselves beetween the legs in the photo... It should be called "pornographic nude". The artistry was thrown out the window all together but nobody fucking cares as long as they can see tit.

I'm glad we agree.
I disagree strongly with individuals doing mirror-shots on deviantART. Being able to label themselves under "Glamour Portraits" and "Artistic Nudes" likely gives them some level of self-confidence. Plus it's like, "Where were your parents all of your life." For real, selfie sticks need to go back to Facebook.
I personally have quit ranting, since it does precious little to change the minds of others. But what we can do is model our ideals - we can "gatekeep" the fine(r) arts, so to speak.
So while we can't control others and their clicks, be happy that we have the ability and mind to appreciate that it is this that is truly beautiful, truly art.

Well thank goodness those people never land a lot of jobs outside of commissions. Real artists like this are what makes a good living in concept art.

I was thinking the same thing. No way "those people" will ever make it outside DA. For profesional concept art you gotta be the best of the best which I would deem this artist to be. ^^ Even if tits and cute girls are eyecandy no company in their right mind could ever hire a person that can only draw the same thing over and over.

Amazing...the detail and motion in your work reminds me of Todd Lockwoods designs for R.A.Salvatore's Drizzt books. I would love to see your rendition of those characters now that im thinking of it.
