how did you get so dark and blured reflexions? I tried to reproduce this effect with little success.
It seems like your amount of reflection is close to 3 and that activating transparency is the idea but this last option completely change the final colors to blueish.
Without giving away your parameters, could you please head me on the right path?

The blurred reflections is made with a single focuspoint on DOF. It was rendered with the Monte Carlo render module on MB3D, so you couldn't reproduce it with a standard render.
MC render is very slow but it can produce much more realistic renders, specially with Dof.
Reflections is at 1 with 1 depth as far as I remember. Also I used automatic levels on Gimp to wash the picture a bit out, it helps sometimes.
