Think it's safe to say, I won't really be posting any new material on Deviantart any time soon, possibly ever. In fact a lot of my work may disappear as the intellectual properties see publication. That being said, it's been fun.
BUT! This does not mean I'll be disappearing from the internet. Rather, I've just become more active on other sites. If you're interested in following my comics and art, hit up these links to see what I'm up to.
News and comic updates, links to my stores, occasional new content
Comic updates, art, sket
You heard me right, the Sweetie comic I've been working on has a kickstarter! The campaign is open to help fund the printing of the next few books in the series (right now it's 2 & 3 but I'm hoping for stretch goals). Either way this will be a huge leap forward in the publication of my series If you have the time, please follow the link below and check it out for yourselves. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has read or supported my comics up to this point. In spite of everything, I'm hoping this will be the start of an art-filled, comic-focused year.
Is they keep making more of them that I'm supposed to use! Gah does it ever end!? Okay so I have an instagram at grandpabats_ for all you hip young kids I post a lot there these day because it's pretty easy to do. I may also possibly have a youtube channel? I dont know if it's for me but I'm going to try it.
Your art is amazing! I'm trying to become a youtuber and so far I'm doing okay? I think? I'm also trying to become a better artist, I know you work with Aphmau and I wanted to ask if there would be any advice either of you could give me! Also, I wanted to ask for some tips you'd advice when drawing.
Tip #1 Draw from real life! It helps you improve all-around no matter which cartoon style you're going for. Tip#2 Draw frequently, draw a lot. Don't focus too much on a single piece, you will gradually improve over time the more works you finish.
