My Bio
I'm Emerald de Leeuw (formerly Barbiedoll on here, but I am now in my thirties ha!), I'm a fantasy artist from the Netherlands. I specialise in digital art, mixed media mostly. Most of my art is a combination of digital painting, repainting and photo-manipulation. Back in the day I used to write for Photoshop Creative Magazine, now I am just paint as a hobby. I live in Ireland these days. When I'm not on deviantART I am a privacy specialist, lecturer and speaker. You can find me on Twitter and LinkedIn, other than that I am not on social media, because well.. privacy.

It's nice to be back. Just a short little message to say that after graduating with honours from Law School I'm back.
I'm trying to combine my love for art with my career in Law, which is why I moved to Ireland to do a Master in E-Law & Intellectual Property Law.
Being in Ireland has been very stimulating for me. People here talk about my art to me, and told me I should "do more with it". They have a point of course, but the past few years have been very hectic and busy for me.
