OK, how did you get the model/foreground and the stars/background in focus at the same time?

(Great image BTW!)

It's a composition :) stars and the northern light were taken couple of hours ago in the same place and the photo of the model was taken during the sunrise. Then I replaced the sky, but yes - the stars should be blurred, i let them sharp... I posted another version on my flickr 'www.flickr.com/photos/baravavr…) where the stars are a little bit blurry

Nicely done.  Like the feeling of standing on the edge of one world, looking into a dream....

Great idea, but I was wondering, why the heck, the mountain top is already past the depth of field, while the even further sky and stars are within the depth of field again.  A bit distorting.

But great work anyways!

I have my doubts about that exif. iso 100 doesn't seem appropriate. Is the sky from another shot?
Anyways, composite or not, the result is mesmerizing.

Thank you. Of course it's a composite. It's not possible to see northern lights during the sunrise. :)

Thanks for the clear up. I have yet to see northern lights with my own eyes. :)
