Description
Lately, I’ve really taken to drawing reference from videos. I feel that I can get more dynamic poses from these as there are a lot more natural than staged photographs. It’s also good for getting an idea of movement and how the body moves to reach certain poses, how the muscle stretch and contract and how they twist round the frame depending on the pose.
