12" x 16" watercolor and marker on paper
A commission for my good friend Julia. I think I was forced into accepting money, but this is so late I don't even remember.
I know she said she wanted a flower, though!
I've been out of practice with painting, so this was a little annoying. It started out as an oil painting, but I couldn't meet the imaginary deadline that I'd given myself with how dreadfully slow oil paint dries, hence I used watercolor and markers.
I now love this combination.
