Another quick painting from last night but returning a bit to a more familiar subject, just with a fresh approach. The lighting isn't perfect I don't think but I wasn't aiming for perfection, just a more pronounced mood than is usual for my work. All done in ps, start to finish, no sketching for the snowy, just straight painting.
tools: PS cs2, wacom Bamboo Size: 1300x2000 at 200dpi time: 3-4 hours Prints: same as with my other speedpaints, if requested C:
Love this picture, just in every way, the way you transferred from the snow to light of the sun to the starlit sky, it really creates an alluring energy to it, which makes it one of my favorite pictures
It's simply amazing, if you think about the fact, that you did this piece in only 4 hours.....I totally love the scenery. The mountains in the far background with the last light of the day touching the peaks for a last time, before the night takes over. The stars look totally great above it all too and give the picture a kinda dreamy theme. And of course the snowleopard....Simply wow for the damn great anatomy again. Absolutely amazing picture again
now i remember where i got the inspiration for my pic "A Change In The Wind". I drew it about 2 years ago and thought i lost it. i also forgot where the inspiration came from. Thanks for inspiring me, and i will add a link!
