Kyrynu 9 Final

​Hi everyone, unfortunately, it didn't turn out as expected. I honestly can't manage such precise shading yet, let alone the reflections, but I somehow cobbled it together and created Kyrynu 9! However, I have one or two more sketches left, and then I’m returning to traditional art for a while to polish my skills there too. I'm also considering trying a different program. Clip Studio Paint is probably good, but it's way too complex for me because I clicked on something and my entire settings got wiped. So, working on this wasn't much fun; it felt more like a punishment. I'll probably try Ibis Paint or Krita, we'll see. Anyway! Here is Kyrynu 9 !
I also decided to give him back his dark gray bangs, as I think they suited him better after all. Sorry for the confusion I try new things sometimes, but this time I’m definitely keeping them dark gray!

​Name: Kyrynu – a Turquoise dragon-tiger hybrid

​Abilities:

Technical: High strength and durability; his body literally reflects attacks back at the enemy; AI implant in the brain.

Magical: Lightning and Wind.

​Introduction:

When Kyrynu lost his 3rd battle against Arctyra—which, unlike the previous ones, didn't just last a few seconds because he had grown a bit stronger—Arctyra almost killed him again. For the third time, the werewolf Sara intervened. However, things could have ended very badly because this time Meredit, Arctyra's mother, appeared. Meredit and Sara stood face to face! Lightning was flying everywhere and the ground tore apart just from the two of them standing opposite each other, staring.

​Then Sara snapped: "If that brat of yours attacks Kyrynu one more time, I will kill her!!! Meredit, I don't give a shit about you!!!"

​"Try to do anything to Arctyra and it will be your end!" Meredit barked back.

​Sara replied: "Have it your way! I’ll beat that technique into him!! This time, Arctyra won't be the one getting lucky." As Sara walked away, Meredit looked at Arctyra and thought to herself: Does she really intend to teach him how to use THAT?!

​Meredit took the injured Arctyra and told her: "I have to prepare you! If she manages to teach Kyrynu that technique, you are in grave danger!" Arctyra just stared, not knowing what to say, and simply asked: "What technique are you talking about??"

​Meredit shouted at Arctyra: "Not now!!! We have to start training!"

​When Kyrynu was lying in the hospital, Sara was by his side and said: "Kyrynu, this can't go on like this. We’re going to have to push much harder, or that cow will truly finish you off. I can't watch over you forever!"

​Kyrynu burst into tears and started yelling at Sara: "And how do you IMAGINE that!?? I've done everything possible!!!!"

​Sara smiled, grabbed Kyrynu by the shoulders, and said: "Don't worry!! The technique I want to teach you is amazing!!!!" She wiped his tears and told him: "However, it’s going to be hell. You have to prepare yourself, my son!! You will literally go through hell now! But once you learn to use it, you will be truly strong! And you will defeat that bitch once and for all!"

​Kyrynu said to Sara: "It's no use!!! I don't have what it takes!!! You still don't get it!!"

​Sara just looked at Kyrynu, sat down beside him, not knowing what to say. After some time, Kyrynu looked at Sara, wiped his tears, and said jokingly: "Soooo??? What kind of technique is it anyway?" and started to smirk.

​Sara wanted to smack him for a second, but then said: "Oh, that’s so you!!!! First you're broken, and then you're full of energy again, right??? You're an idiot! But you're MY idiot and I love you more than anything, like my own son. Alright, listen carefully—what I want to teach you isn't learned just like that! You will literally go through hell. Are you ready for that? I'm asking seriously: ARE YOU READY????!"

​Kyrynu: "Well, I've come this far, and I'm definitely not giving up now, right? So yes, teach me!!!"

I would also like to add that Kyrynu version 10 will arrive much later—perhaps in a few months, or I’m afraid maybe even in a year. The reason is that I want to push this version to absolute perfection. I need to learn better coloring and shading, and I also need to learn how to draw characters in motion. It’s going to be very important for creating stories so that the characters aren't just standing around but are actually doing something.
