This is more or less the first thing that popped into my mind when I've heard the theme. I've been thinking of drawing a dragon of some kind for a while now... and cute puffy clouds are always nice.

I'd imagine him as an familliar/companion of the main character in a 2D adventure/rpg game He would stick to the player at some point and follow wherever he/she'd go being helpless as he is.
