This is a commission just finished up for 
featuring some of the protagonists from Dragon Quest IV being tickled by sentient vines ooooooo. Given the silly nature of most of Toriyama's works, I think this is conceivable. It also looks like once they get free from those vines it looks like they have other problems headed their way.
