Yet another progression guide for my upcoming winter video for a danger I felt many didn’t fully understand the stages of. Heck, before making this, I knew cold water shock was a thing but not exactly what it entails. However, I feel more people will see cold water shock as terrifying than hypothermia. One thing I've learned about people is that their minds will latch onto immediate danger without ever considering the ones that take their time to show up. It's also a danger that can easily strike year round and isn't limited to falling through thin ice. A lot of the times it occurs when someone's on the water and are either tipped over or fall overboard. However, you'll hear more about the details of cold water shock when the video drops in a few days.

Fun fact: me and my older sister have an inside joke about CWS after seeing a PSA about it when we were younger. What is it, you ask? If I told you, it wouldn't be an inside joke.
