Eye study by babygirlsart Eye study by babygirlsart
Okay so this was just a practise really for eyes. I believe that if you can't get the eyes right, then the potrait wouldn't be as effectve.

~ wooden pencils, 2h, and 6b
~mechanical pencils, 2b, b and hb.
2 hours.

You're completely right! The eyes can change everything in a portrait.

And btw, you've done really well. Keep it up! :)

Aww, I love eyes! :aww: And this one is really great! Cool angle too. :) Good job!

And just a little tip, that has nothing to do with eyes. When you reply to a comment on your deviations, you should click "reply" right under the avatar, because if you don't, then the person who commented won't get the reply. Maybe you already knew, just thought I should tell you. :)

Your 100% right. Portraits look dead perfect if you can get the eyes right and in the right exact place...

..thats why portraits take so goddamn long >.<

Anyways, the detail in the eye is amazing! Nicely drawn ^^
