Life leaks out through the cracks in my chest, Each hollow laugh is a ghost at its best. Sorrow is heavy, a weight in my hand, I’m sinking in time like a grain in the sand. No one can hear when the night-terrors call, The soul is too weary to stand or to fall. Death doesn't haunt me, it sits by the gate, A patient companion who's willing to wait. I live in the echoes, the "almost" and "nearly," A shadow that everyone sees—but not clearly.

a damaged heart may have no meaning but a broken one has a lot. a shattered soul may not feel but a broken soul maybe able to heal. most memories are hard to find yet some may come in a bind. in what may happen, the world may change yet to see it happen you have to find a way, the world may seem out of range yet I don't feel deranged, but when I feel derailed it feels like I'm going through hell, when I look around & see nothing but trees all I want to do is sneeze.

My heart is breaking in half & it makes me wish for things I don't have. Sometimes there are days were heartbreak isn't so bad then there are days were it makes you feel so sad. With all the stupidness in the world it can be very easy to get your heart broken. In a world that is color blind it's hard to find a heart that's kind. Yet when you do, it sometimes leads to heartbreak. There was a time when my heart had shattered into a million pieces but there are times that I feel like my heart is trying to repair itself.

Once upon a time, there was a bird, a little bird, a drab little bird, and she hated that. Therefore, she did what any intelligent songbird would do – she went and talked to the wise old owl (during the day). During the daytime, the wise old owl was just that, (as opposed to the nighttime, when everyone hid from her and locked the door instead). Therefore, the little bird approached her with no fear, but respectfully enough. “Good morning,” she said brightly. “And good morning to you too, little bird,” the owl replied. “What brings you here? I lay in dawn-less bedcovers. Unlidded dreams have come to grieve here. I cry for Horus's golden eye; Burn into my blinds so I can wonder at your being. I fashion you from words from garden boughs and forest shrines but you are crystal rain. Nothing sieves your storms. The oak will drown in muddy floods long before it thirsts. Once I thought you an earthly substrate or pulp for hungry roots to feed. You're neither; You're the pulling well that keeps the garden out of space. I took you for allevements; you are the birth and pain and bliss and death of all of life itself.
