Upper ones + the portrait are referenced from screencaps i made of Hellboy 2.
The lower ones are from imagination. just random stuffs.
***edit: since this seems to be so popular, i've uploaded a bigger version, so you can enjoy all the doodely goodness.

i have some nuada art if u want see mine
i am curious about your character design discussion!
also, i am not small. Chthulu - yes.
I love Prince Nuada!!!
And ll the poses you made are so full of attitude and strength!
I made some quick sketches of the training scene as well and is so difficult to catch with such perfection all the movements.
You really do it!!
(sorry if i made a mistake with my poor english
Also i thank you for pointing me to look up this Elric character, with whom i have not been previously acquainted, yet... strangely, reading about him online he sounds very familiar to me, as he seems to be echoing in the long line of albino anti heroes popping up over the years in fantasy - Raistlin, Geralt, Arthas (whose business with the sword is also quite reminiscent of Elric)... he seems to be a proto-albino-angsty-empire-betraying-angst-prince, i am rather intrigued.
I agree, Nuada makes that film worth watching (well, he and the amazing visual richness). He remains ambiguous, relatable – never really evil, never really very good, a nice portrait in shades of grey. Truly a complex man. I'm glad you like.
and how did u make this awesom background?
please tell me this great master
the bg is the simplest thing, it's just a texture i found here on devart (i even thought i credited it until this very moment), which i tinted and edited in minor photoshppy ways.
i mean..devianArt is not that small XD hehe
anyways, if it's this one in particular you're after, i uploaded it here on imageshack: [link]
thank you very much !
there arent that much nice people on DA ! but u are!
i realy like the way u draw like on that pic, did u use the standard hard brush with a pressure setting on it?
i know, i am asking ,asking and asking XD
(sorry for that bad english)
i don't use the standard brushes much, this was another one of the brushes i dled from somewhere (i don't make my own) - an elongated one with a hard edge on one side and a blurry-splattery edge on the other, with opacity settings.
it's all about trying different brushes and seeing which ones you flow best with.
i love it (:
and sure, i'd love to join the club.
Hope you don't mind this is now my desktop.
