Robert and Athaclena

I decided to try fan art of the Uplift series by David Brin, a trilogy of books dealing with galactic politics and uplifted animal species which I thoroughly enjoyed. This first one is from The Uplift War, the third book in the series, and depicts the young human Robert Oneagle and the young Tymbrimi Athaclena, walking through a jungle on the small planet of Garth.
