Here's a fanart of Okarun/Ken Takakura from the manga/anime Dandadan, which I highly recommend if you like yokai, aliens, and balls jokes. And I don't know about the others but the French adaptation of the anime is really great.

I had a hard time with this drawing! It was an ambitious project, both in terms of the level of detail, style, perspective, and the way to displaying both his normal and demon forms. It was also an opportunity for me to improve on the details that were lacking in my latest manga fanart.

I spent several days (and nights) on it and got so worked up that I broke the tip of my stylus on it last night.

I woke up this morning with a person who suspected me of using AI on other works, and I'm asking myself, quite frankly, is it worth buying a €24 replacement stylus and spending sleepless nights on drawings, knowing that it earns me almost nothing (around €20 a year in Redbubble prints) and that it makes no difference compared to a piece of crap generated in 5 seconds?

Since I know that my word will not be enough, here is a little step by step (and yes, I changed my mind about the leg at the end). But I know it won't change anything, people will just walk over it and think oh, too detailed, it's an AI... How can I progress if only less elaborate drawings work?!

Sorry for this rant, I love drawing and that's why I'll continue no matter what, but it's so depressing to see that the works I do in "only" a few hours are as successful, if not more so, than those that take me 10x longer because they look too much like AI.

If you'd like, you can give me your banana to help me finance a new stylus (but a ko-fi tip will do too), because yes, I don't prompt, I really need a pen to draw!
