This is an awesome picture that I really like
It's high impact crisp/nice contrast/beautiful.

4.5 for Vision

Changes the way I feel when thinking about a spiders image a little

4.0 for Originality because the concept of arranging water images into the shapes of various creatures and items is very popular from what I've seen.

4.5 for Technique. I think there is room for improvement <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
but you have done this extremely well.

4.5 for impact. It's a sharp picture with a strong and pleasing contrast

Being picky
I'm not entirely sure if I would recognise this as a spider straight away. May one of the legs could be more prominent.

I like the simplicity but perhaps more could be going on in the background. Although I do like it how it is.

Other than that. I'm not sure
I like it

Very good work!!

Well to start off, all i could say was wow... It seems so perfect, so well done with just the right amount of detail.

The colours in the water spider seem to highligh it even more on the dark background, especially in the bottom right corner with the quite defined spash.
The detail is supreme, yet simple at the same time. I love the way the web is done, and the left side of the image seems to flow better, especially the legs.
If i had to note anything that could be a downfall is that it looks like it only has 7 clearly noticeable legs.

All in all, i will finish by saying WOWWWWWWWWW <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

Well my first thought when i saw it as a thumb was that it was a photo too, but to digitally do this is amazing, and the artist has done wonders :)

Honestly, there is nothing that seems out of place in this piece. It is perfectly executed. When I look at it, I literally think initially that I see a real spider. Then, after seeing that it's photomanipulation, I'm amazed that you were able to replicate water so well. I feel as if you somehow captured a spider literally popping like a water balloon! And then some of your smaller details are just exquisite! The way that each leg has some slight variation from the others is nice. I very much appreciate the implied line for the web. And probably the most well done and important detail in the work is that blue light that slowly creeps in on the top right corner. It's a very nice detail that completely completes the piece! WIthout it the piece would have just been... incomplete. So VERY nice work.
This is absolutely gorgeous!  I love it!
With your permission, I'd like to put this on my educational Facebook page for The Spider Chick.  I  am very conscientious about crediting an artist, so I would like to include whatever name and info or links that you prefer.  Would you please contact me directly to let me know?   askspiderchick at gmail dot com
