Rainbow Breath!

Meru from The Legend of Dragoon, an old PS1 game that my friend have been replaying lately. Guuuuuuh there's so much detail on her... I liked to joke that the designers gave all the characters so much detail because they knew that not even half of it would get into the actual game. While Rose is my 100% absolute favorite of the game, Meru is a close second!
