WishfulGen: Rainbow Dash's Older Sister

This character has been in my drafts for about a year already.

Cloudracer is a chill and soft spoken cloud architect who works primarily with cloud manipulation. A pegasi's innate skill refined to it's greatest potential. She can create just about anything with clouds and uses that for creating Pegasus homes and structures in Cloudsdale. Being one of the smartest and charismatic cloud-makers out there she was also elected as a representative for Cloudsdale.

Cloudracer was born before her parents had tied the knot or even finished university. As such they struggled to take care of her while keeping their relationship afloat. Cloudracer spent much of her youth either in her parent's classroom or her grandma's home. Her grandma is a avid researcher and adventurer and during the times she's tasked to take care of the filly, she would string her along her small adventures around Equestria. She adopted her love for scrapbooking from her grandma. 

Cloud has a Cutiemark Formation Deformity, it's when the cutiemark forms in a odd place that is not on the flank.
It's very rare and not often documented in pony records. Cloud's cutiemark formed on only her left bicep. This was constant source of insecurity as her peers bullied her for it and she became aggressive and hostile at the mere mention of her cutiemark. She would get into fights with people if they were ever negative about her cutiemark. But with the help of her art teacher, grandma and her parents she was able to let go of her complex with her cutiemark--though it still stings her when people call it weird.

She's seen as a role model for her little sister, Rainbow Dash. Cloud was someone Rainbow adopted many personality traits from later in life.  Cloud loves her little sister, and because she now has the title of "role model older sister" it made Cloud reevaluate how she went about things.

And it was even Cloud who was the pony to tell Rainbow all about the Sonic Rainboom. A at-the-time fictional story Cloud read to her little sister came to life one faithful day.

- Her parents liked to drag her to sport events, though admittedly she doesn't like sports that much (though she doesn't have the heart to tell them)
- Cloud liked to scrapbook all of Rainbow Dash's achievements in order to give her confidence.
