Summoning Friends: Sugar High

✬✬✬✬✬✬
Sugar was not a thing in the Netherscape, in fact everything was very bland to eat, for the most part food was centered on whether it was soggy or burnt.

So when Pinkie Popper jumped through the reality crack and discovered this strange thing called a ‘cupcake’...she tasted it. (as is her first action when discovering strange things)… Her brain melted into pure bliss and her mouth greedily devoured the entire thing before she could savor it completely. She quickly began to crave for more of this taste; she raided pantries, stoves and entire houses for sweets.

Cupcakes, Pies, Donuts, Ice Cream, and Cakes. This new world had such an other-worldly taste out there waiting to be sent down her gullet.

Of course, this sent Pinkie into what would later be known as a “Sugar High”.

And in this state Pinkie’s confidence revealed itself tenfold. She would make Equus her own kingdom. With such delicious marvels at her disposal Pinkie believed she would have more power then even the King. An idea that never unfolded in her mind, blasphemous, treacherous even...

As the King’s royal jester she’s considered his trusted subordinate and even had the privilege of babysitting the newly born prince! But still, no unicorn should waste such a good opportunity on just loyalty! It’s decided then.

With her magic in place Pinkie attempts her conquest. Her new citizens were uniquely horrified by her. And they were not that pleased with her magic turning everything into chaos. Yes everything was coming together perfectly.

...

That is until the ‘Sugar High’ wore off and Pinkie crashed hard. Crashed hard on concrete. Her body was just newly accustomed to sugar, and eating extreme quantities has made the after effects ten times more painful then it needed to be.

And that is the story of how Pinkie had to stay sick in bed for an entire month.

Of course, if Pinkie knew how to eat in moderation, she would have made Equus her kingdom already.

But the world of Equus has such a powerful thing in their disposal that keeps her at bay every time.
