I really really really love this, it totally reminds me of the town center in Cutopia in Toonstruck and ancient Japan and/or India. this should be use as a permanent picture in a gallery in a museum somewhere in this world, it doesn't have to be out of this world.

How cute, it has the playful and bright colors of Doremi with a spice of Kiki's Delivery Service for a child-like mystical aspect. The crystals really drive home that magical world aspect but everything else just seems normalized like a traditional Nordic-village. Perhaps, if more magical elements were added to parts of the town it would feel more otherworldly yet relatable; like the world in Harry Potter. For example, perhaps, the buildings are contorted in an unusual way or maybe the sky has more colorful hues added to it. Either way it's a start.

The other things is, the crystals going off into the distance are a little too big or perhaps they seem off because of the dirt round them on a brick road with no imperfections or bricks arranged around the crystals coming out. Adding something as simple as that will really give the place more character. Also, because this shot is so condensed I can't get a sense of how big the world is, that along with the path being so cramped doesn't make it as inviting as a wider more open shot.

Lastly, judging by the position of the sun and the colors give me the impression it's becoming twilight, so based on that the shadows on the buildings as way too light. The buildings facing away from the sun should definitely be darker perhaps a cool blue hue and the peaks of the other buildings should be brighter.

So, in all great stuff. Those finishing touches will really pull the picture out!

your shading can use a tiny bit of work. also if its supposed to be at sunset then you should tone down the setting to give it that late day effect. also you could add a little bit more detail to the shop signs that way it will look more detailed. also i noticed that sign with the cat on it has no shadow you might wanna fix that. i don't think any thing else needs worked on. none of this was to be rude. your art is wonderful and amazing. you should keep doing art so you get better. hope this helped!
