Does anyone have any suggestions for things I should do there?I'll be going for spring break for a week.

actually, i think i might be depressed.i probably am depressed.i don't feel good about myself, and i am not happy.i don't have the energy to get out of bed.and i'm having an incredibly hard time thinking positively.in general, i've always been rather negative. but now i feel like i'm stuck.i don't like how i look.i don't know how to feel better anymore.everything that does make me feel better seems to be only temporary.i don't know what to do.
