Update: I know somebody has helped me out in this and after that i havent been using the card at all but i gotten an email stating that the balance is still negative $40? Does anybody now what are these hidden fees with the Paypal dept card or even why everything has a "tax" so high?

For now. I finally have internet in my place. Had to get it sooner than I thought. Public hot spots block Deviant Art. I have no idea why. My place is pretty sweet, and the landlord is pretty nice, and wave the missing amount of money i needed to pay for last months rent. just had to sign a longer lease. But that is fine, I meet up with my new boss and I start working  on the 4th after all my paperwork is processed and after the holidays.
