It strikes me, as I sit and draw another traditional picture, that... my usual art really doesn't have much meaning behind it. Especially my traditional, as I am less experimental with traditional and rarely do more then simply draw the character.There is little symbolism, little to distinguish one picture from any other, little to really provoke thought. Hiatus

So it's been months and I have no idea if anyone would care, but I figured I should officially announce my hiatus from DeviantArt for the time being. I'm juggling three major written projects right now and I have deadlines and preparation to do for all my goals in 2018. Plus, with a full-time job now, it's not quite as easy to churn out art I feel is good enough to post. I'm still drawing, though--it's just going to remain safe in my sketchbooks for now.Hopefully I'll come back sometime relatively soon! I do like this website and it'd be nice to continue participating in the community. For now, however, I shall see you all at a later date....
