RPG Maker VX - Stairs

Can we use this in non- commercial and commercial games? If yes, How do we go about crediting you? Also, I want to use this for RPG Maker MV (I own VX and Ace too).

I can picture these used close to trees in a very cozy and quiet place, possibly even for add a comfy mood for a sad or even cute scene. ^u^ omg so much possibilities, I'm attempted in trying these outs!
