Neapolitan wedding cake

Custom 3-tier wedding cake. This bride wasn't picky about how her cake looked . . . she just wanted marble cake somewhere in there! Unfortunately, the only marble cake I can do for a wedding cake is square, but she was delighted. The colors were light sage, dusty pink, and off-white, which were matched to fabric swatches. The bride had her own flowers to add as additional decoration.

I couldn't help but think of neapolitan ice cream. :D

White and marbled cake, buttercream icing, hidden plastic columns. 1 1/2 hours.

Do you guys do shaped cakes at all?

Only square and round. We don't bake our cakes; they're shipped in frozen. In fact, the only round cakes we get are 7" or wedding cake sets... so you can't order, say, just a 10" round. We can cut the sheet cakes into standard sizes in rectangles and squares, but that's about our limits. So bunny-shaped cakes and such are out of the question.

That's the downfall of such a corporate chain. :( I do what I can, though! :D

Oooohhhhhhh...I get it. That saves loads of time then if all you need to do is decorate! ^o^
