Christmas starts up early this time... and, well...
Clearly someone hasn't thought of using a very tall stepladder. Or Haruko was just too freaking drunk when she proposed a human totem pole to hoist Chelsea up to the top so she could plop that Angeling tree-topper on the tree.

I say it's both.
