Description
When the guest list for the 2009 White House Correspondents Dinner was released, the mention of both Keith Olbermann and Bill O'Reilly, well... let's just say that it gave my motivation to draw a gigantic shot in the arm.
Now, you know my thing about how in a perfect world, all major conflicts (including the long-standing feud between Olbermann and O'Reilly) would be solved with some Super Smash Bros. And up until that last minute note about Sarah Palin dropping out of the dinner, there TOTALLY could have been Obama v. Palin rematch action. Nonetheless, in my extremely weird imagination, President Obama lends the Oval Office and use of his Wii so that this pundit pithiness can be settled in EPIC BRAWL!
And, just because, some special guests from not only our government, but also MSNBC and Fox News as part of the cheer squads for Team Keith and Team Bill-O. (I make no excuses or apologies as to who I favor here, but you knew that already.)
Let's assume, again, that this is a 2vs2 stock match.
Team Keith:
- President Obama as Keith's partner, though unfortunately he got eliminated but still finds the whole thing wildly amusing.
- Sec. Hillary Clinton, Chris Matthews and VP Joe Biden laugh it up. It's all in good fun!
Team Bill-O:
- Gov. Sarah Palin as Bill-O's partner, she also got eliminated. "C'mon Bill, you can still take him!"
- Glenn Beck, however, foresees the end of the world if his side loses. This is even enough to spook Hannity in the corner over there.
Just like with the previous Senator Brawl, I leave things like character selection and such to your imagination. Yes, very weird considering that this is supposed to be about people playing Super Smash Bros., but it is much more fun this way, and also I don't have to deal with being called out over my picks.
...well, except one. Keith would totally pick up Kirby. >_>;

This is so funny! Obama looks like he's crapping his pants.
