It's about time I got this babbu's ref up! This was a gift to me from from a while ago. I've had the picture in my sketchpad, but I kept on forgetting to color it. ; w ; So, I came across it in my sketchpad (for the hundredth time along with some other refs I needed to upload), and decided, "Hey, if I'm going to color it, how about we do it digitally and practice my digital art. c:" So I did that. And now I only have 2 Pokemon to ref that I haven't and two more evolved Pokemon to finish the ref for too. I think I'll be doing refs digitally for the time being now. cc:

Personality:
Felicity is a sweetheart of a Budew, always trying to make sure that everyone is happy and getting along for the most part. She is very patient with others, and hardly ever gets upset about very much. If she doesn't wish to talk to you, she simply walks away calmly. The Normal-Fusion Budew also has a tendency to daydream, usually thinking about something far off and distant. It could be about anything really. Felicity is also soft spoken and gentle, and seen as the same way as Dmitri, the male shiny Deino on the ranch. As a result of their rather chill natures, they get along rather well.
Felicity's relationships with the other Pokemon are fairly good, as she is nice to all of them regardless of how they are or what they are.
Some of the Budew's favorite things to do is sing, but she is shy about it and tends to only do it when she feels no one is around. If someone does bring it up, she will try to deny it quickly.
