I am currently working on Malthael from Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls for BlizzCon 2013! Instead of solely posting a bunch of progress pictures over on Instagram for everyone, I'm experimenting with something new: I am holding several livestream events over on Twitch.tv! Since I'm using foam for the armor to expedite construction, I am able to show live patterning and assembly of the armor pieces. I will later be streaming the majority of paint work for those interested in seeing how I dry brush all of my antiquing effects. Are you ready for AX? :D I almost am! I will be there all four days in full Diablo glory. Those of you following my Facebook page have no doubt been spammed by my recent barrage of progress photos as I finally finished my first set of Worbla armor. I need to take the current state of the costume on a test drive before BlizzCon since it is my first time working with this material, so I'm debuting the (mostly!) finished costume at AX! Although I never make a formal schedule, I will be taking my Archon Armor Wizard [Diablo 3], Reimu Hakurei [Touhou], Baiken [Guilty Gear], and Hanako Ikezawa [Katawa Shoujo] costumes.
