Several Pokedex entries state Gardevoir can use its psychic power to create black holes to protect its trainer (even the anime Pokedex states this). This is a feat that Gardevoir actually displays in multiple media like Pokken Tournament, Unite (Fairy Singularity) and even the anime in Professor Oak's Pokémon Holo Caster. In another of Professor Oak's segments he explicitly calls it a black hole, while also leaving "wormhole" as a wrong answer in a quiz about Gardevoir's power. Gardevoir is described to create these black holes by distorting dimensions. Unite supports this by stating Gardevoir can warp space and time with its psychic powers.
