With the Notorious, the Circus of Chaos, M.R.F, The Forgotten, The Indie's (Independent VILLAINS) all flocking to my home town all wanting a slice of the pie. God the sounded cheesy, but never mind that the Steel City Branch is almost back up to full strength again. 175 is the magic number, but the other branches can no longer send heroes reinforce ours. We're still holding the line but we're still not back up full strength. We have 2 more heroes on the way but it's still not enough.
