Salem is a character that benefited more from acting from the shadows and that by having too many appearances ended up hurting her image, ceasing to be an imposing villain as she seemed at the end of volume 3, but to keep this in my verse I feel it is better to give her a justification, unlike the original program where it is not explained why she stayed in the Grimm lands if there was nothing that prevented her to move

And make her sovereign of a prosperous nation as Dr Doom I have already said that it does not go with me, so this seemed to me a better option.
