Chronoverse: The Shadow of the Bat

So, Batman possesses the same abilities as Darkwing II, except instead of an exosuit, this is a unique ability of Batman, who is a Semblance user in this universe. He can enter another dimension shrouded in darkness, allowing him to virtually teleport as he moves through it to more easily ambush enemies.

I'm not really a fan of stories where Batman goes crazy just for a little power, as they simply make Bats look like someone who's really only good because he knows there are stronger heroes who can stop him, and that ruins any touching moments there might be for the character. Also, similar to The Punisher, we know that in a world where most people have superpowers, we know Batman wouldn't last long in that scenario without his plot armor.

And in case you're wondering, I'm not including Invincible in my storyline for now; I'm just borrowing some elements.
