Chronoverse: Silver Assasin

The Psycho Rangers are undoubtedly the most emblematic group of villains in the franchise.

And while I'm generally against reviving characters or stretching their involvement any further than it needs to be, I just can't resist the idea of having a group of evil Rangers, plus it's really not that hard to bring them back as with other villains that would need a more far-fetched explanation.

And that's why a future character that I'm already thinking about how to implement will be Psycho Silver, who goes from being just a costume used by Zhane to a future villain.
