For a while, I've debated sharing modelling photos or sticking with silly photoshop artworks done in my spare time. No doubt there is a greater audience for model photography, or good landscape photography. Unless you've got skills and talent, photoshop art and sketches won't get a lot of attention. A few years ago I posted about the rise in popularity of Instagram, and I think a lot of people use that for photography, but not as many people use it for sharing art.
I find it funny how amateurish my old art submissions are... even if I thought they were masterpieces at the time. I think dA serves as a place for me to look back at what I did, how I progressed, what I thought was interesting, and what I find cringe to look at today. Perhaps, one day I'll look back at my art and photography today and think of how far I've come.
