It's been ages since I wrote an actual journal entry, I used to write almost as if this were a diary lol
So, first (and obvious) things first: 2015 is practically over! It's crazy how fast another year has gone. It's been a year full of new experiences and all sorts of crazy emotions ranging from absolutely nasty to incredibly wonderful. There are a million things I could write down, but I'd just bore you all to death with my babbling, so instead I'll focus on the positive and creativity related things that happened this year.
2015 has had me way too busy with my last year at school and the painful but necessary evil of college applications (well, now I'm about to start my first year of Design at a university in Germany, which is scary and exciting at the same time). I didn't have as much free time as I would have liked to, but I managed to draw quite a lot and I tried out some new things.
I hit 4,8K followers on instagram, had the chance to talk to some incredible artists, started filling my walls with art from my greatest inspirations (Loish, Artgerm, sakimichan, J.A.W. Cooper, moon mxtr, escume, fukari, Iraville, Anna Cattish anD THERE ARE STILL SO MANY MORE), learnt a lot of things about graphic design while working in a marketing agency during the summer, finished some bigger projects, made a list with hundreds of ideas that I'm dying to share with the world, and (last but not least) somehow got a Daily Deviation?? I used to catch myself daydreaming about it when I was like 14, but I never actually thought I'd ever get a DD ah <3
I'm happy with how my art has evolved since I first joined deviantart 4 years ago, and even though there's still a long way to go, I think I'm on the right track!
And well, this account has become much bigger than it was in just a few days! I'll try my best to post more often and keep you updated on my random and uninteresting life. Thank you so so much for your support and love, and wELCOME new watchers, it's great to have you all around <33
Aaaaand that's basically all. I'm very thankful, and very emotional.
Happy New Year, guys! Let's hope 2016 will be an awesome one
