I consider Tales From Earthsea to be quite underrated, so it's nice to see some fanart of it! 
Anyways, this is a beautiful piece. The color scheme and the way it's distributed across the illustration gives it a very ethereal atmosphere. The textures and details look fantastic as well (The dragon in the clouds, the forested landscape, etc.)!
