Colour Wheel Challenge (Blue)- Tari

Roughly 40 or so submissions were put into a random picker (as usual), and this time the selected character was Tari from both the main SMG4 series and Meta Runner (this design in particular's from "base-SMG4")! OvO
(Conveniently enough, just about in time for Western Spaghetti-).

And so, here she is innocently showing off her feet while doing a little bit of gaming; she seems a little bit pre-occupied...what a shame~...
