Still on that health kick, past me! I feel fit as a fiddlehead (can I make dad jokes with myself?) and still eating sweet potatoes and greek yogurt. I just got back from another trip to England. I listened to an excellent version of As We Are Now by Saint Raymond as the wing tips dipped and I glimpsed London lights so I've been big on that lately #lame
