Just as your friendly annual reminder, I neither do, nor appreciate requests for free art that don't come with a promise of some sort of compensation. I mean, would you do requests for free art, too, if the closest requesters ever came to saying "thank you" was to either shove another laundry list in your face or angrily complain that you didn't draw it as per specifications that the requester made only right then, then shoves another laundry list in your face to do? Or, in other words, commenters who comment with a laundry list will face the consequences of having said offending comments marked as spam.

I just found out that I hate fake admins trying to phish for my banking information even more than those scammers wanting to use my icon for a fake mural.

I would say "If you want me to subscribe to your patreon, watch my account, first," but, instead, I make it a habit to block people whose maiden communications to me is a long-winded advertisement.
