6. Phi from Virtue’s Last Reward

About theme: I love Phi! Such a great character. But I hate, hate her black flower hair… thing. I always wanted to rip it off and throw away! So I drew her without it ^__^

About execution/critique: It’s very lovely exquisite palette. But after my fail with 4 and 5 I decided to play safe and the picture came out very bland. Her face is lifeless, her eyes are dead. Also, this is the last time when I use rosettes for background!
